Yoga

I’ve been practising yoga for over 30 years and have learned from a wide range of teachers and styles along the way. I am a 500 hour qualified teacher through the Yoga Alliance.

Having lived with injuries and physical restrictions since my teenage years, I understand first-hand the challenges this can bring. That experience shapes the way I teach. My aim is to inspire students to work with their bodies, not against them, and to feel supported, understood, and encouraged.

Almost everyone arrives with a history of injury - whether from an accident, surgery, a fall, or a congenital condition. We adjust poses with care so all limitations are supported safely and effectively … I teach with empathy and a light-hearted approach, while taking time to ensure postures are learned correctly so students can practise safely and with confidence.

  • Yoga is one of the most effective ways to improve flexibility and strength, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. Whether you are completely new or returning after a break, guided yoga classes can help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind and build strength safely.

Regular practice is linked to better posture, improved mobility, reduced muscle tension and enhanced sleep quality. Many students also find yoga helpful for managing anxiety and creating space away from busy daily routines.

If you are searching for  an inclusive yoga class, our sessions provide a welcoming, supportive environment where every level is encouraged.

  • Our yoga sessions are designed to be accessible, structured and enjoyable.

    Classes typically include:

    • Guided warm-up and mobility work

    • Breath control and relaxation techniques

    • A sequence of postures to build strength and flexibility

    • Options for beginners and more experienced students

    • Cool down and mindful recovery

You’ll receive clear instruction throughout, ensuring you feel confident and supported regardless of experience.
